AI-Powered Housing Scam Detection

Built to protect students and expats from Denmark's rental scam epidemic — where fraudsters post fake apartments on Facebook and look-alike sites, pressuring victims to pay deposits fast. Give it any lead (Facebook profile, website URL, CVR number, phone number) and get a full investigation in 30 seconds. Two-stage architecture: free CVR registry lookup first, AI web analysis second. Cost-optimised to ~0.40 DKK per investigation, with 60%+ of queries resolved through free cached lookups. No login required — ad-gated rate limiting.

Most M365 security tools cost more per year than most people earn in a month — so I built one for $5. A BitNet b1.58 transformer trained on 5 million synthetic audit events. Runs locally on consumer hardware with no cloud dependency.

AI CV Customization Platform

An Overleaf-style LaTeX CV editor with a built-in AI prompt box that works directly on your file — not copy-paste into ChatGPT. Tell it what to change ("make the experience section more concise", "reframe this role for a data engineering position") and it edits the LaTeX in place. Upload a job description and Claude automatically tailors your CV and cover letter to the role, reordering experience and matching the job's language without altering the facts.

AI Video Orchestrator

Automated Video Production Pipeline

End-to-end pipeline from brief to finished video. Claude writes the script, Flux AI generates scene images, Runway Gen-3 animates them, ElevenLabs adds narration, and FFmpeg assembles the final cut — all coordinated via a Telegram bot on Azure. ~$7/video, ~5 minutes of human input.

IT consultant based in Aarhus, Denmark with a background in Azure cloud infrastructure, Microsoft 365 administration, and AI implementation. I'm Microsoft MD-102 certified and working toward AZ-104.
